Founding Trader Bonus — Terms

Full participation terms for the early-signup bonus campaign on Vorepo. Acceptance of these terms is required to receive the bonus.

PARTICIPATION TERMS

  1. Vorepo grants a one-time bonus of $5 USDC to each user who meets the conditions of these terms, while the campaign pool lasts.
  2. The bonus is a trading credit on the Vorepo platform. It is NOT directly withdrawable — the bonus balance can only be used to buy repository shares (tickers) on the platform.
  3. Participation requires explicit acceptance of these terms by ticking the relevant checkboxes during account registration. The bonus is not granted automatically.
  4. Withdrawal of funds is enabled only after BOTH of the following are met:
    (a) $10 USD minimum cumulative trade volume on the platform;
    (b) 7 days have elapsed from the time of registration.
  5. The bonus and any proceeds from selling shares purchased with the bonus expire 30 days after registration if the withdrawal conditions remain unmet. After expiry, the unused amount returns to the platform pool.
  6. The campaign is available once per IP address and once per email address. Attempts to circumvent this limit (e.g. multi-account from the same network, +tag aliases on gmail/googlemail domains) are blocked automatically.
  7. Vorepo reserves the right to cancel the bonus without refund if abuse is detected: multi-account creation by the same person (sybil attack), attempted withdrawal without genuine platform use, or violation of Vorepo's general terms.
  8. The campaign may be terminated at any time: after the pool is exhausted, or by operator decision. After termination, new users will not receive the bonus — previously granted bonuses are unaffected.
  9. All transactions performed using the bonus balance are fully real: they affect ticker price (bonding curve), incur standard fees (buy 1.0% / sell 1.5%), and are recorded in trade history.
  10. Withdrawals after the conditions are met follow the standard flow — minimum $5 USDC, Solana network fee $0.25, Solana network, execution time up to 5 minutes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  1. Vorepo does not refund Solana network fees or platform fees. Transactions are irreversible.
  2. Use of the Vorepo platform requires acceptance of the general Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure.
